The Worldline Hosted Checkout solution is partially compliant with the General Accessibility Improvement Framework (RGAA), version 4.1.2, due to the non-compliance issues listed below.

Test results

The compliance audit conducted by Ethic First reveals that 76.09% of the criteria of RAWEB version 1.1 (EN 301 549)  and RGAA version 4.1.2 are met.

Inaccessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons.

Non-compliance

  • Images containing information lack alternative text;
  • Interactive components (tooltips) are not compatible with assistive technologies;
  • Automatic redirection to payment validation does not alert the user when displaying the QR Code;
  • Status messages are not conveyed by assistive technologies;
  • Text content is not properly structured with appropriate elements;
  • Content is not always structured with headings;
  • Some content structuring tags are missing;
  • Some interactive elements do not have sufficiently contrasting focus;
  • Some interactive elements (input fields) lack visible labels;
  • Some form fields (email, credit card information) lack appropriate autocomplete features;
  • Content grouping areas present on multiple pages cannot all be reached or avoided.

Testing environment

Content retrieval checks were conducted based on the combination provided by the RAWEB (EN 301 549) and RGAA reference base, with the following versions:

  • Firefox 147.0 and NVDA 2025.3.2.

  • ANDI Module (Accessible Name and Description Inspector);
  • Colour Contrast Analyzer;
  • Web Developer Extension;
  • Developer tools built into the Firefox browser.
